Provide your order details and specify the replacement item you need.

Return Instructions
If returning an eligible Over-The-Counter item, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Replacement Shipped
Once approved (or once your return is received), your new item will be shipped immediately.
Pharmacy Restriction: Prescription medications cannot be exchanged once dispensed. Exchanges only apply to eligible Over-The-Counter (OTC) items or as replacements for pharmacy errors. Read our Returns Policy.
